Payment and Delivery

General information on shipping:

We use DHL/ Deutsche Post/Hermes/DPD

Shipping costs may vary depending on the number of products ordered. All orders over 65 Euro within Germany are shipped free of charge by DHL standard delivery. Express deliveries may incur additional costs.

Special notes on shipping abroad:

Deliveries abroad may incur duties, taxes and charges which are not included in the total price shown.

Countries to which we ship:

We only ship to EU countries and some North American destinations. If your country is not listed, please write us on info@ikemian.com

Payment modalities

(1) The customer can pay by direct debit, PayPal, Visa, direct bank transfer or on account. Payment on account is possible for registered new customers from the second order.

(2) The customer can change the payment method saved in his user account at any time.

(3) Payment of the purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. If the due date of the payment is determined by the calendar, the customer is already in default by missing the deadline. In this case, the customer shall pay the provider interest on arrears for the year at a rate of 5 percentage points above the base interest rate.

(4) The customer's obligation to pay default interest does not preclude the provider from claiming further damages for default.
