How can I order samples? Can I request samples?
Thank you for your interest in trying out some of our fantastic products. If your delivery address is in Germany, we will happily provide a maximum of 3 samples for only the cost of postage. However, for EU addresses, we can send you samples at cost price plus postage. Furthermore, if you make a purchase over 50 euros, you can request additional samples (maximum of 2) at no extra cost. To request samples, please use our contact form. Thank you for your interest in Ikemian. We send product samples free of charge within Germany. It is possible to order up to three samples; only shipping costs apply. Additional costs apply for shipping addresses outside Germany. Samples can be ordered using our contact form. And: Two product samples can be added free of charge to every order over 50.00 euros in value.

How long does it take for items to be delivered? How long does the delivery take?
We strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible, normally shipping within 2 working days after confirmation of your order. For deliveries within Germany, please allow 5–7 working days after the confirmation of your order for delivery. We naturally strive to ship our products as quickly as possible. Depending on the delivery service and shipping address, it can take 5 to 7 days for our products to reach you. You will receive an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
I have not received my refund.
Normally, to process a refund, we ask for the product to be returned. Please allow up to 14 working days after the confirmation of your refund request for your payment to be returned.

No. None of our products are tested on animals and they never will be! No. Ikemian is a brand that is strictly against animal testing. None of our products have ever been or will ever be tested on animals.

What is the shelf life of Ikemian products? How long do Ikemian products last after first opening?
Unopened, our products can be stored for 1 year. However, once opened, please use within 6 months. Our products can be stored unopened for up to one year. After first opening, we recommend consuming the product within six months.
How should your products be stored? How should Ikemian products be stored?
Store in a cool, dry place, ideally at 10–25 degrees Celsius. We generally recommend storing our products in a cool and as dry a place as possible – and at a room temperature of up to 25 degrees.
How often do you replenish out-of-stock products? How long do I have to wait until a product is available again in the shop?
We monitor our inventory closely to maintain full stock levels. In the event that we do not have a particular product in stock at the time you want to make your purchase, you can subscribe to our mailing list and be informed as soon as the product is available again. Alternatively, you can also check with our approved retailers to see if they have the product. Although we closely monitor our product range and stocks, it may happen that a product is temporarily unavailable. In this case, we give you the opportunity to add yourself to a mailing list. We will contact you as soon as the desired product is back in stock. Alternatively, there is always the possibility to contact our authorized distributors (their stocks are not under our control).

No. None of our products contain parabens or sodium lauryl sulphate. No. Ikemian stands for certified natural cosmetics that do not contain harmful and inferior ingredients such as silicones, mineral oil, parabens or surfactants such as sodium lauryl sulfate.
