When you visit our website www.ikemian.com, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to our website's server. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is recorded without your intervention and stored until it is automatically deleted:

  1. Collection and processing of data when registering for our newsletter

 For newsletters, we use your email address and, if applicable, your name to regularly send you our newsletter. The prerequisite for use is that you have expressly consented to this in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a of GDPR.

  1. Collection and processing of data when using our contact form

 

You can contact us using a contact form provided on the website. If you do so, we will process the data you provide on the contact form in order to contact you and respond to your request.

Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter a of GDPR on the basis of your voluntarily given consent.

The personal data we collect when you use the contact form will be automatically deleted once your request has been processed.

 

If the request is made for the purpose of initiating a contract, the data processing serves the purpose of carrying out pre-contractual measures that are carried out at your request. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter b of GDPR. Once your request has been processed, your data will be deleted.

The statutory retention periods apply to the retention obligations when a contract is concluded.

 

  1. Collection and processing of data when using our webshop

 

The data you provide when placing an order will only be processed by us for the purpose of fulfilling or processing the contract, unless you consent to other use. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b of GDPR. When placing an order, you only have to provide the data that we absolutely need to fulfill our contractual obligations or process the contract (this is your name, address, email address and the data required for the payment method you have chosen) or that we are legally obliged to collect.

Our web shop allows payment by direct debit, PayPal, Visa or invoice. For this purpose, the payment-relevant data is collected in order to be able to process the payment.   • this is legally permissible and is necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you according to Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter b of GDPR.

The responsibility for data protection-compliant operation must be guaranteed by their respective providers. We integrate these plug-ins using the so-called two-click method in order to protect visitors to our website as best as possible.
