Welcome to the Ikemian Returns Portal
To receive a refund, products must be unopened and unused. For sealed products, the hygiene seal must also be intact. Please return the products within 14 days of receiving your order.
Products will be inspected and weighed upon arrival at our warehouse. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Products must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, and securely packed inside a sturdy outer packaging to the following address:

Once the parcel has been received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed. If you have any further questions, please contact us at info@ikemian.com.
